International 340 crawler

    Hey gang,

    Going to work on a friend's IH 340 dozer.  It runs forward, steers left, but, when you pull on the right handle...nothing.  No forward movement and no turning to the right.

    Is this a typical skid steer where the brake band locks up one side or the other and a differential powers it?  Or is there a different design going on here?

    Any help would be appreciated.
