Case 580M Hydraulic issues

    This case 580M seems to have a hydraulic issue. The front bucket tilts just fine at idle. The lift cylinders are slow, at idle ,raising rpm makes it better. The lift cylinders are probably 3" id and the lift bucket cylinders about 3 1/2" id. A while back it blew the large output hose from the pump to the hydraulics and nothing worked at the time. The hose was replaced and seemed to work fine. So basically at lower rpm the bucket tilts just fine and the lift cylinders are slow. Weak pump,bypass, or what seems likely?
