    I have an antique pull grader, and I would like to restore it. However, I have no idea who made it. I don't want to start into it without any background. The only info off of it, that I can find, is a data plate with the following "P269928". Any help greatly appreciated. Also, please respond by text. My ability to speak clearly is inhibited.
