I have A C35 with frozen steering levers. They will move a little but not enough to lock up brake drum or totally disengage the drive gear. Any ideas? Do I need to clean the shafts,And remove all built up old grease and re-grease and oil the shaft with gear oil? Anyone ever had this problem with Steering controls?          Thanks.

i would crawl under the machine and soak the shafts and sliding jaw with ATF. then work the levers as much as you can. do this for several days and i would bet she frees right up
